1. Who these terms are between

This website is operated by Citadel Cloud Management ("Citadel", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

If you believe material here infringes your copyright, email info@citadelcloudmanagement.com identifying the work and the URL, and we will investigate and remove infringing material.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and everything free on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title, and non-infringement. You agree to indemnify and hold Citadel Cloud Management harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of a third party's rights through material you obtained here.

12. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, and you consent to that venue. Nothing here deprives a consumer of the protection of mandatory law in their country of residence.

13. Changes, severability, and the rest

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement about your use of this website.
