Cookie policy
Last updated: August 21, 2026
This policy explains how Citadel Cloud Management ("Citadel", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on citadelcloudmanagement.com, and how you can control them. It complements our Privacy policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let a site remember your actions and preferences over time. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels; we refer to all of these as "cookies" here.
The categories we use
Strictly necessary. Required for the site to function: page routing, security, load balancing, and remembering your cookie choices. These are always active and cannot be switched off, because the site does not work without them. We do not need consent for this category.
Analytics. Google Analytics 4 (GA4) helps us understand which pages are useful, how visitors move through the site, and where to improve. IP anonymization is enabled. These cookies load only after you accept on the consent banner; if you decline, GA4 runs in a consent-denied mode that does not store analytics identifiers.
Functional. Remembers non-essential preferences, such as your light/dark theme choice. Set only where you interact with the relevant control.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Managing your consent
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies.
To change or withdraw that choice later, use the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer. It reopens the banner on any page, and your new choice takes effect immediately. Withdrawing is exactly as easy as accepting was — one click, same control, no penalty for declining.
Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under ccm-consent, not in a cookie, so clearing cookies alone will not reset it. Clearing this site's site data will. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; see the help pages for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site.
We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, so there is no advertising opt-out to exercise here. If you want a written confirmation of that, or want your details removed, see Your privacy choices.
Third parties
The only third party that sets cookies through analytics is Google (GA4). Google's handling of that data is governed by Google's own policies. We keep the list of third-party scripts minimal and review it regularly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
