Enterprise Experience

Our architectures are drawn from production cloud, security, and AI systems across regulated sectors: healthcare, public sector, energy, and technology. We bring deep expertise in:

  • Multi-cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • AI platform engineering (RAG, LLMOps, agentic AI)
  • Cloud security and compliance (HIPAA, FedRAMP, SOC 2, CMMC)
  • DevSecOps and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Kubernetes)
  • Identity and access management (Entra ID, Okta, CyberArk)

Our Mission

"A candle loses nothing by lighting another candle."

Citadel exists to close the gap between the systems the world runs on and the people who can build them.

We do this in two ways, and they are the same craft practiced twice. For enterprises, we design, secure, and operate production cloud and AI: fixed-price architecture, governed agents, and security that holds up to auditors, not just slide decks. For engineers everywhere, we teach exactly what we operate: every course free of signup walls, every toolkit free to download, every blueprint extracted from architecture that runs in production today.

We refuse the industry's oldest bargain, where real knowledge is locked behind enterprise contracts and what reaches the public is theory. What we run is what we teach. What we teach is what we run. The candle loses nothing.

What this means in practice:

  • No signup wall, ever. All 17 courses stay open. Access begins in sixty seconds, not after a sales call.
  • Production or it does not ship. Every blueprint and toolkit is drawn from systems serving real users at enterprise scale. If we have not run it, we do not sell it.
  • Free for the individual. Every toolkit and blueprint is free to download, on any continent, at any exchange rate. Nothing on this site is for sale.
  • Governed by design. Every AI agent we deploy carries its own identity, scoped credentials, and a full audit trail. Autonomy is earned per action, never assumed.
  • Taught by operators. Nothing on this platform is written by someone who has not carried the pager for it.

Our Vision

"The best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago. The second best time is now."

We see a world where a great cloud engineer can come from anywhere, and where where you were born no longer predicts what you can build.

Today, the knowledge that powers the world's largest systems pools in a handful of cities and companies. Everywhere else, engineers with equal talent learn from secondhand material years behind production reality. That gap is not a talent gap. It is a distribution gap, and distribution is a solvable engineering problem.

So we are planting the tree now. Citadel is building toward a single global standard of cloud craft: one where an engineer in Nairobi, São Paulo, Warsaw, Manila, or Houston studies the same production patterns on the same day; where enterprises trust AI agents because governance is engineered in, not promised; and where the ladder from first free course to working architect is open at the bottom and honest all the way up.

The future we are building toward:

  • One standard, every continent. The same production-grade material, available on the same terms, in all markets we reach, growing from 54 countries toward all of them.
  • Education that pays for itself in capability. Success measured in engineers shipped to production, promoted, and hired, not in enrollments.
  • AI that enterprises can trust and engineers can inspect. Our governance model published openly, so governed autonomy becomes the industry default rather than our differentiator.
  • A citadel with open gates. Enterprise-grade by design, open at the gate. The walls exist to protect the standard, never to keep learners out.

Founder · Principal AI Platform Architect & Multi-Cloud Security Architect

Principal AI Platform Architect | AI Software Security Engineer | Agentic AI • RAG • LLMOps • DevSecOps | Identity & Platform Engineering | Forward Deployed Engineer | AWS • Azure • GCP

Principal AI Platform Architect and Multi-Cloud Security Architect with 11+ years designing secure, scalable cloud-native platforms. He architects and operationalizes enterprise AI systems that let organizations build, deploy, govern, and scale intelligent applications securely in production.

His specialization spans agentic AI, generative AI, and AI platform engineering: multi-agent systems, autonomous agents, role-based delegation, ReAct and plan-execute-reflect workflows, human-in-the-loop automation, MCP/API-based context integration, agentic RAG with hybrid search and re-ranking, and agent-to-agent (A2A) orchestration. He builds production AI DevSecOps platforms using agents-as-code, evaluation pipelines as CI gates, policy-as-code governance, and Terraform-first infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, scaling with Kubernetes.

That work centers on prompt engineering, context engineering, harness engineering, and loop engineering: the four levers that move AI reliability, security, scalability, and operational performance.

At Citadel it shows up as the SIAS governance model (506 catalogued AI agents across 8 domains, each with per-agent identity, tiered autonomy, and full audit trails), the enterprise consulting practice, 17 free cloud courses and an open reference library, and the technical writing across AWS, Azure, and GCP that engineers in 54 countries learn from.

How I approach AI

I have experience designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions across the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering and data preparation to model integration, deployment, and monitoring. I have worked with machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and Generative AI applications, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and LLM-powered assistants. My experience includes using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, vector databases, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps/LLMOps practices to build scalable, production-ready systems.

I believe AI is most valuable when it solves real business problems rather than being used simply because it's a new technology. The right combination of models, data, prompts, and engineering practices can significantly improve productivity, decision-making, and customer experience. At the same time, it's important to address challenges such as hallucinations, bias, privacy, security, explainability, and cost optimization through proper evaluation, governance, and continuous monitoring.

I'm also enthusiastic about the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem. I regularly explore new foundation models, orchestration frameworks, agent architectures, and developer tools to understand where they provide practical value. My approach is to choose tools based on scalability, reliability, maintainability, and business impact, rather than following trends. As AI continues to evolve, I see my expertise as balancing innovation with robust engineering to deliver secure, reliable, and measurable outcomes.
