Citadel Cloud Management no longer sells anything through this website. There is no shop, no cart, and no checkout, and every download and course published here is free. This policy is retained solely for customers who purchased while the store was open. Their rights are unaffected by its closure.

If you are looking to work with us, book a call. Consulting engagements are arranged under a separate written agreement and are not covered by this policy.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (historical purchases only)

We stood behind the quality of what we sold. If you purchased a digital blueprint or toolkit while the store was open and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of that purchase date. The store is closed and this site no longer sells anything or takes payments.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@citadelcloudmanagement.com with your order number and reason for the refund. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Eligibility

• Refund requests must have been made within 30 days of the original purchase
• All digital products are eligible for refund
• Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time; refunds apply to the current billing period
• Free courses are not subject to refund (they are free)

Exceptions

Custom consulting engagements and enterprise training contracts have separate refund terms as outlined in the individual contract.
