Common Questions

ChatGPT Enterprise and similar copilot tools give your team access to an AI assistant — they do not give you a deployed, running agent integrated into your existing systems. SIAS builds purpose-specific agents that connect directly to your CRM, ERP, code repositories, SIEM, or any other system, execute multi-step workflows autonomously, and operate around the clock. You are not prompting an assistant — you are running a workforce of AI specialists.
No. SIAS is designed specifically for organizations that do not have an AI engineering team in-house. We provide the full stack — design, build, security hardening, hosting, monitoring, and ongoing optimization. The only requirement from your side is a clear problem statement and access to the relevant internal systems or data sources. We handle everything else.
By default, agents are hosted in a secure multi-tenant cloud environment on AWS or Azure, with region selection available to meet data residency requirements. Enterprise and Custom tier clients can opt for single-tenant or private cloud deployment, including on-premises installation for fully air-gapped environments. All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3, and all data at rest uses AES-256 encryption.
Every SIAS agent is built with a layered guardrails system. This includes input and output validation, hallucination detection, confidence thresholds with human-in-the-loop escalation for low-confidence decisions, audit logging of every action taken, and rollback capabilities for reversible operations. Agents operate within explicitly defined tool permissions — they cannot execute actions outside their defined scope. We also run continuous behavioral evals as part of the managed service.
We are model-agnostic and select the optimal foundation model for each agent's requirements. Commonly used models include Claude 3.5 Sonnet, GPT-4o, Gemini 1.5 Pro, and Llama 3 for different cost and capability profiles. Some agents use a cascade approach — a faster, cheaper model handles routine decisions while a higher-capability model handles complex reasoning tasks. Enterprise clients can mandate specific models or restrict to models that have signed data processing agreements with their organization.
We maintain pre-built connectors for Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, GitHub, GitLab, Slack, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, AWS, Azure, GCP, Splunk, CrowdStrike, Okta, and over 200 other enterprise systems via REST APIs. For proprietary or legacy systems, we build custom connectors as part of the engagement. All integrations use OAuth 2.0 or API key management through a centralized secrets vault — no credentials are stored in agent code.
Most clients see measurable productivity gains within the first 30 days of operation. Full ROI realization — defined as the point where agent-driven efficiency savings exceed the total cost of the program — typically occurs within 4 to 9 months, depending on agent type and baseline process costs. Our discovery phase includes a formal ROI projection based on your specific workflows, headcount, and operational data.
Yes. SIAS is built on open-source frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, etc.) to avoid proprietary lock-in. Enterprise clients own the intellectual property of custom-built agent code. We can provide a full technology transfer including documentation, runbooks, and a transition support period if you choose to bring operations in-house after the initial engagement. Many clients choose to keep the managed service running while building internal competency in parallel.
All production agents run with active health monitoring, automatic restart policies, and circuit breakers to isolate failures. The Enterprise SLA guarantees 99.9% uptime with a defined incident response time of under 15 minutes for P0 outages. We run agents in multi-availability-zone deployments on Professional and Enterprise tiers. Clients receive proactive notifications for any degraded performance, not just full outages. Post-incident root cause analysis and remediation reports are included with every incident.
Yes — multi-agent orchestration is a core capability of the Enterprise and Custom tiers. We can deploy an orchestrator agent that routes tasks to specialist sub-agents based on task type, confidence, or resource requirements. For example, a security operations orchestrator can spawn a SIEM investigation agent, a threat intelligence lookup agent, and a report generation agent in parallel — then synthesize their outputs into a structured incident report. This mimics a real-world security team, but operates at machine speed.

What Our Clients Say

★★★★★

"We deployed a SOC analyst agent through SIAS that now handles the first-level triage for over 400 security alerts per day. Our analysts are no longer drowning in noise — they investigate the 12 alerts that actually matter. The agent paid for itself in the first three months through headcount efficiency alone."

Marcus T.
CISO, Financial Services Firm — Lagos, NG
★★★★★

"Our engineering team was spending 30% of sprint capacity on code review and documentation. The SIAS coding agent now handles initial PR reviews, generates docstrings, and flags security issues before code even hits the review queue. Engineers love it because they spend more time building features and less time on repetitive checks."

Sophia R.
VP Engineering, SaaS Startup — London, UK
★★★★★

"We needed to modernize a legacy claims processing system but couldn't afford to pause operations. SIAS built a parallel AI agent that processed claims alongside the old system for three months. We validated accuracy, refined edge cases, and then cut over cleanly. It was the lowest-risk legacy modernization we've ever done."

CTO, Insurance Group — Nairobi, KE
