Join Our Referral Program

1. Program Overview

The Citadel Cloud Management Referral Program allows registered customers to earn commission by referring new customers to our platform. By participating, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Commission Structure

• Standard Rate: 20% commission on the net sale amount of every qualifying order placed by a referred customer.
• Ambassador Rate: 25% commission, automatically unlocked once 5 or more referred customers complete a purchase.
• Commission is calculated after any discounts, returns, or chargebacks are applied.
• Commission applies to all 320+ digital products across all 8 collections.

3. Referral Attribution

• Attribution uses a first-touch model: the first referral link clicked by a new visitor receives credit.
• The referral tracking cookie lasts 30 days from the first click.
• If a visitor already has a referral cookie, subsequent referral links will not overwrite it.
• The referred customer must create an account and place an order within the cookie window for commission to be credited.

4. Payout Terms

• Commissions are processed monthly, on or around the 15th of each month.
• Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD. Balances below $50 roll over.
• Payouts are made via PayPal. You must have a valid PayPal account to receive payouts.
• An email receipt with a full order breakdown accompanies each payout.
• A 14-day hold period applies to commissions from new orders to account for refunds and chargebacks.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

• Self-referral: Using your own referral link to purchase products for yourself or accounts you control.
• Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk emails, messages, or social media posts with your referral link.
• Brand bidding: Running paid ads that bid on "Citadel Cloud Management" or related brand terms.
• Coupon sites: Posting your referral link on coupon aggregation, cashback, or deal websites.
• Misleading promotion: Making false claims about products, pricing, or guarantees.
• Incentivized clicks: Offering cash, rewards, or other incentives solely for clicking your referral link.

6. Program Changes

Citadel Cloud Management reserves the right to modify commission rates, cookie duration, payout thresholds, or any other program terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email to active referrers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time. Upon termination by the referrer, any pending commissions above the $50 threshold will be paid in the next payout cycle. Citadel Cloud Management may terminate a referrer's participation immediately for violation of these terms, with forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Liability

Citadel Cloud Management is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the referral program. Total liability is limited to the unpaid commission balance at the time of claim.
